What would you like?
As many of you have probably noticed, I have stopped updating this blog. The Internet in China is terribly slow and it looks as though it is not going to be possible for me to regularly post photos. Would you like me to continue with regular text-only updates? If so, leave me a comment. If there is enough interest, I will get back into the blog with text-only posts. If you are not interested in text-only posts, I may do a monthly update with a few pictures. Let me know what you want to see.
I will try to get a recap of the last 2 months up in the near future……and yes….I am still alive (and in Japan)

Keep going…its always great to read what you are up to in China and how things are going for you. DId they all of a sudden limit your bandwidth?

And if you ask me – keep updating with text and then in the end of every month upload the best pictures you’ve taken that period…. What a lovely compromise!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Hopeyou are doing well and celebrating too. We shall see how the celebration goes here in Austria. Idon’t know many people here yet, but my family and Jonny did a good job celebrating before I left. Love the blogs and will try to keep my updated as well.

Please continue with the blog. Pictures, while a wonderful addition, don’t compare with your humorous and informational anecdotes. It is a wonderful way for everyone to stay in touch with you and live vicariously through your experiences.

Really missed your almost daily briefings. Text is fine. Continue to keep us advised of your adventures. Still looking for the high resolution raw images you promised. Hope Japan was fun.

Just got back from California, thanks again for spending time with me and Cousins Toby and Larry. Dinner was great. Please, please don’t give up the blog. I love hearing about what you’re doing. It’s understandable that text only may be the best way to handle communication until you get back to the states or to a place where there’s a faster system for your wonderful pictures. It may also mean that our appetites will be greater for those pictures when we do get a chance to see them, just because we’ve not been able to for awhile. Pics may be substitutes for words but remember, words are wonders in themselves.
