More closet space is nice
I have never lived in a place with as harsh a winter as Shijiazhuang, China. That being said, I am having some new experiences, not only related to moving to a foreign country and adapting to a new culture, but also in terms of dealing with a much different climate. Today’s experience was that of taking all the clothing that I had been wearing every day for the last 4 months—long johns, scarves, winter coats, thermal socks, gloves, etc.—and boxing it up for storage until next winter.
I couldn’t be happier. The weather is nice, I can start wearing shorts again, I have MUCH more closet space, and I am going to get to figure out how to use my air conditioner

AJ- We enjoy seeing the other responses to your posts, as well as the posts themselves. Glad you’re getting some better weather. We don’t know how warm it gets there, but we’re sure you’ll enjoy it better than winter. We travel tomorrow to Champaign Urbana for Rachel’s graduation. It seems that you have interest from people who don’t know you on your posts. Where do they discover your blog? We miss you, and hope you come back for a visit soon.
